Your furniture is first transported via ocean freight to our warehouses located in California and New Jersey, depending on your address. Once the items arrive at the respective warehouse, We will then coordinate with the trucking company to deliver the product to your doorstep.

Our order processing time ranges from 1 to 7 days (business days). This period is dedicated to manufacturing customized products and ensuring your items are meticulously prepared and packed for delivery in pristine condition.
Sea Transit Time:
After dispatch, The typical sea transit time for West Coast orders is 17 to 20 days and the typical sea transit time for East Coast orders is 31 to 37 days. This includes the processing of export customs, ocean shipping, and U.S. customs clearance.
Customs Clearance and Warehouse Transfer:
Following customs inspection, goods are transported from the port to a local U.S. warehouse. This process takes between 2 to 3 days.
US Local Delivery:
Once inspected at our warehouse, products are delivered using U.S. local logistics. Delivery times range from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination address.
